Vikram Aditya performs the post-death rituals for Kamali and Jabilli. The guruji tells everyone that Jabilli is alive, much to their relief. Meanwhile, Shanku names Jabilli as Punnami.

Narayanamma realises that Agnidev and Vaidika are searching for the baby and misleads them. Later, Garudamma kidnaps Punnami and strikes a deal with Narayanamma.

While Shivadeva becomes mentally ill, Agnideva and Vaidika ensure that he does not recover. Prudhvi comes across Punnami near the temple. Later, Punnami panics as Narayanamma gets bit by a snake.

Punnami brings a doctor to the village and saves Narayanamma’s life. She decides to work hard to make Shanku a doctor. Agnideva and Vaidika are irked as Mahadevi strongly hopes for Jabilli’s return.

Punnami sends money to Shanku. She teaches a lesson to the goons who snatch honey from her. Mallika hits a man with her car, while Prudhvi helps her get away from being taken to the police.

Punnami uses natural medicine to save a woman. Vaidika plans to scare Shivadeva using fire. When Punnami and Narayanamma return home, their family members starve them.

Mahadevi becomes hopeful when the Bharadwaja bird shows a hint for finding Jabilli. When Punnami works hard to earn money, her finger gets injured. Mayukha plans to find Jabilli before Mahadevi does.

Shanku starts to like Mayukha and asks Punnami to send him INR 1 lakh. The next day, Prudhvi is attacked by a few goons but Punnami saves him. Narayanamma tries to protect Punnami from Vaidika’s trap.

Punnami gives her handprints to the officer. Prudhvi prays to the goddess for Jabilli and hopes to meet the girl from his childhood. Mahadevi stops the doctor from giving an injection to Shivadev.

Mayukha gets into a dispute with Punnami, who feels bad as Shanku sides with Mayukha. Later, Prudhvi spends time with Punnami. Mayukha feels insulted and complains to her parents against Punnami.

As Vaidika scares Shivadeva using fire, he becomes panic-stricken and flees. Punnami comes across him and tries to help him. Narayanamma spots Vaidika and Agnideva and protects Punnami.

Punnami decides to take up a new work. She later saves Prudhvi from being attacked by the honeybees. Vaidika orders her accomplice to find Jabilli and kill her.

Narayanamma learns about Punnami’s new job, while Vaidika plans to injure Shivadeva. Prudhvi introduces Punnami to Mahadevi. Punnami apologises to Mayukha and panics as Shivadeva falls in danger.

To save Shivadeva’s life, Prudhvi makes him believe that Punnami is Jabilli. Mahadevi appreciates Punnami and later, Prudhvi talks to Punnami about Jabilli. Narayanamma takes Punnami away.

Punnami asks Narayanamma about the mark on her palm as the latter covers it with henna. The next day, Mahadevi prays to the goddess for Jabilli and lights a lamp. Punnami protects it from going off.

Vaidika analyses the letter and orders her goons to find the girl who wrote it. When the goons inquire Shanku, Narayanamma makes him lie to them. Meanwhile, Mayukha troubles Punnami.

Mayukha feels humiliated as she falls. Prudhvi and Punnami get details of the farm owners in the village. Shivadeva cries for Jabilli, but calms down on seeing Punnami. Mahadevi asks Punnami a favour.

Mayukha questions Punnami when Shanku comes to treat her. Vaidika and Agnideva learn that Punnami is the one who wrote letters to Mahadevi. Vaidika then asks Mayukha and Bhupi to kill Punnami.

Owing to the ill-omen created by Vaidika, Mahadevi decides against going to the temple. As Bhupi fails to kill Punnami, Vaidika thinks of other plans. Mahadevi panics as Shiva’s condition worsens.

As Mahadevi grows worried about Shivadeva’s health, Prudhvi assures her that he will find Jabilli. The next day, Punnami makes a 'rangoli' outside the temple and punishes Prudhvi for spoiling it.

Mahadevi's family sets out to go to the temple. An aghori arrives there with a few sages, gives Shivadeva a necklace and makes a prediction. His words leave Teja tensed.

Prudhvi resolves to find Jabilli at any cost. When Punnami suggests he get lotus flowers for Lord Shiva, he ends up drowning in the pond. Punnami rescues him and prays for his wish to come true.

Mahadevi’s family prays at the temple for Jabilli’s return while Mayukha starts to like Prudhvi. When Punnami clashes with Mayukha and the latter falls, Narayanamma stops Vaidika from hitting Punnami.

Punnami saves Shivadeva from getting injured, and the necklace ends up falling on her. Mayukha orders Punnami to take the necklace off, but Mahadevi lets her keep it. Prudhvi tends to Punnami’s wound.

Prudhvi and Mayukha's parents plan to get them married. Garudamma scolds Punnami and Narayanamma for returning home late. Shanku tells Punnami that he needs to pay the fees to write the exams.
