Gentlemen: The Story of a Restrained Man
Gentlemen is a story of a man with an extremely rare disease who had to deal with his everyday life problems and take care of his only niece. He faced several problems due to his illness which made the plot of this story mysterious. Also, due to his restraints, everything he tried to do was bound to a limit, making this thrilling storyline a masterpiece.
The Force Behind Gentlemen
Prajwal Devaraj played the role of the story's main protagonist as, Bharath, and slayed the role with his excellent depiction of the character. Nishvika Naidu played the role of the main female protagonist, Tapaswini and showed her amazing acting skills in that role.
Aradhya N. Chandra played the role of Bharath's niece, the true champion of this whole film which, even at such a young age, acted so well for such an important role.
Sanchari Vijay played the role of Inspector Shivamurthy, who played an extremely important role in the whole Gentlemen plot.
This film was directed by Mr. Jadesh Kumar Hampi, a director known for famous works like Rajahamsa and the recently released Guru Shishyaru. He once again amazed us with an amazing film like Gentlemen. The movie belonged to the horror and crime genre and was dubbed in the Hindi Language.
Gentlemen Plot
Gentlemen is a story of a man named Bharath who had a super rare sleeping disorder named 'Beauty of Sleeping Syndrome,' due to which he had to sleep 18 hours daily. It means he can only stay awake for six hours a day at most, and in those six hours, he completed all of his everyday routines, including the part-time job he had in an electronic showroom.
Due to his sleeping disorder, he could not take care of himself. His family members, his brother and sister-in-law, alongside their five-year-old daughter, used to care for him. But he was shattered when the news of the death of his brother and his wife died in a road accident.
The incident left their only child to her uncle. Due to his sleeping disorder, the protagonist deems himself unworthy of caring for his niece. He connects to several different child-caretaking organizations but cannot admit her in any of those and has to take care of her himself.
However, one day his niece gets kidnapped, and through investigation, he finds out that some mafia group dealing with female egg cell supply kidnapped her. The whole story revolves around this man with a huge disadvantage against the kidnappers to save his only left family, his niece.
