Salaam-e-Ishq Movie Plot
Six completely different couples are in different situations and are dealing with different types of issues related to love. All the issues in their life are caused by love; too much love, too little love, loving the wrong person, unrequited love, loving the person who doesn’t respect it, and even amnesia-afflicted love. The story of every couple develops in the story like that of the Hindu-Mulslim couple Tehzeeb and Ashutosh. Then there is a pair of Kamini-Rahul in which running behind the fame and doing publicity stunts causes too much trouble. The third one is the Stephanie-Raju pair in which the girl is searching for an Indian boyfriend. In the Shiven-Gia, the groom has cold-feet. The most stable couple is of Vinay-Seema but even in this pair, the 15 years of marriage is dangling because the husband is no more interested in a boring, suburban life. The last pair is of Ramdayal-Phoolwati who have failed to give vent to their passion.
