This episode of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya is about Lekha and Akshay. Lekha works in a call center in Mumbai while her family lives in Gonda. Lekha has loads of responsibilities and she is working very hard to make ends meet in order to fulfill her sisters and mother’s dreams. Lekha chances upon Akshay outside her office, a homeless boy who suffers from autism. He seems very endearing to her and there is something that attracts her to him. She decides to look after him but her room-mate, Kajal is not very pleased with this decision but Lekha and Akshay manage to build an extremely special bond over the next few days. One day, Kajal realizes upon reading the newspaper that Akshay is the son of a steel tycoon and his family is looking for him and have announced an award to get him back. Kajal is lured by the reward money but Lekha doesn’t want to part ways with Akshay but reluctantly agrees to her decision. Soon, Lekha senses that Akshay isn’t quite happy getting back to his family. She doesn’t wish to leave him but she realizes that this is where he actually belongs. Will Lekha never meet Akshay again? Or will destiny get them together once again?
