Today, as we celebrate World Health Day, let’s draw attention towards the main reason why we are alive and well. It’s a privilege that you have gotten out of bed and witnessed the sun shine brightly. So, we are taking this opportunity to motivate you to keep yourself fit by divulging the workout regimes of Subodh Bhave, Amol Kolhe and Hardeek Joshi.

Before you proceed, watch all the three men under one spotlight of Zee Marathi Awards 2018:

Take a look at what our favourite men from Zee Marathi have to say about fitness.

1. Subodh Bhave from Tula Pahate Re

The Tula Pahate Re actor Subodh Bhave doesn’t believe in hitting the gym as advised by Shailesh Parulekar. Subodh believes in walking than working out with a piece of fancy equipment. He says if you put your head into being fit, then, you can cut out the carbs anywhere.

2. Amol Kolhe from Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji

Even our Chhatrapati Sambhaji needs to hit the gym every once in a while. We are sure his subjects maybe keep him busy, but the actor Amol Kolhe has fitness as his top priority. On his social media, Amol showed us his tedious leg workout days. At the same time, to keep those ridiculously good-looking biceps intact, he also does hardcore muscle training. More importantly, the Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji actor uses his workout sessions as a stressbuster.

3. Hardeek Joshi from Tuzhat Jeev Rangala

On Tuzhat Jeev Rangala, we have seen Hardeek pull some moves during his wrestling matches. So, we were curious about what the actor does to get an enviable body like that. Recently, Hardeek answered this question while speaking to a leading news organisation. He said, “I keep the focus on core body fitness. I regularly do yoga as well for the benefits it offers. I practice Surya Namaskars and also have to work out the dips. But along with that, it also requires to follow a strict diet. My daily diet consists of half a litre of milk, 1 litre buttermilk, 15-20 eggs, and meat.”
