Falling on the 7th of April every year is the ‘World Health Day’, sponsored by the WHO (World Health Organisation). It is a day for global awareness and looks at everything related to health, be it the adverse effects of climatic change on our well-being or taking stands to improve the fragile health systems throughout the world. Health is very important for our well-being. Even our Zee Kannada stars know it and prefer to maintain fitness in their own unique ways.

Let’s get together this year and make better health resolutions. If you are confused about where to start, take a look at your favourite celebs and get inspired.

2. Do ‘Yoga’ Like Bharati Hegde (Chitra From Yaare Nee Mohini)

Muttu’s first wife Chitra, from the show Yaare Nee Mohini, is a real-life yoga enthusiast, who never leaves an opportunity to practise whenever and wherever possible. Another great way to keep your health up!

Jogging is the rawest form of exercising especially when done in the mornings. Take Namma Kamali for example, she just loves venturing out in the mornings for a lovely jog!

4. Ever Thought Of ‘Cycling’? Get Inspired By Bhavani Singh (Guru From Subbalakshmi Samsara)

Like Guru from the famous show, Subbalakshmi Samsara says, ‘Fitness is not restricted to four walls‘. Plus, cycling has more benefits than one. So if you don’t feel like staying indoors to workout, take out your cycle and hit the road for a good fitness session.

5. How About Going ‘Swimming’ Like The Cutie Bharath Bopanna (Lucky From Bramhagantu)

Especially in the summers, one of the best ways to start walking the path of fitness is swimming. It is a full-body workout and makes you feel refreshed and light after your session is over. The hot Bharath aka Lucky from the show Bramhagantu is motivation enough, don’t you think?

6. How Many Of You Like ‘Martial Arts’? Dheekshith Shetty (Arjun From Naagini) Will Keep You Inspired

An ancient way of staying fit that has been in our lives from centuries is martial arts. Any form is good as long as you do it with dedication. Do this for many years and you’ll never have to visit a doctor ever. Look at Namma Arjun from Naagini perform a martial arts kick in this image. It definitely filled me with josh!!

7. Jodi Hakki’s Pallavi Gowda Has A ‘Super Cool Method’ To Lose Weight And Stay Fit

If you don’t feel like doing any of the above, use the Jodi Hakki actress Pallavi Gowda aka Nanditha’s simple trick to keep those extra pounds at bay!!
