Last time, I remember being amazed after seeing weird yoga trends suddenly blooming on social media. While I had my fun looking at that yoga regime, I was again in need of a solid ‘fitness inspiration’  to get a toned back. Thanks to Hardeek Joshi from Tuzhat Jeev Rangala on ZEE5, I quickly got my #mondaymotivation (and you will, too) after reading this.

Here are ways you can achieve it!

1. Deadlifts

Deadlifts are the superheroes of this regime as your quest to attaining a sexy back starts with them. They help in enhancing your back posture while muscle building and bettering traps.

2. Pull-ups 

They are brilliant for toning your arms and shoulder muscles. At first, doing a pull-up can be difficult, but with practice, you will get a hang of it! Like yoga, it helps you achieve a better posture.

3. Planks 

Planks help you flatten your stomach, tone your arm muscles and reduce spine pain. The cherry on the icing? You will body will become like Rana’s with each passing day.

4. Pull-downs

For this exercise, you are going to need gym equipment. If you have been dreaming of those shoulder cuts and biceps, these pulldowns will help you in building the muscle.
