In the previous episode of Vettai, the authorities interrogate Seelan regarding Dayanidhi’s murder. Later, Seelan, who is at home, notices Manju leaving to meet her boyfriend Mahesh. So, he too calls Regina and asks her out. The two meet at a restaurant, where they discuss their personal life. Meanwhile, Mugi and Prakash get a tip-off and head to find evidence for the same.

But when he catches Shalini there intervening in his case, he drags her to a park, leaving Prakash behind. Meanwhile, a stranger harasses Angel. Co-incidentally, Nanda happens to be there, sees Angel unconscious and tries to revive the boy.

Watch the episode of Vettai:

In the eighteenth episode, Angel is still unconscious and Nanda calls Radha for help. On the other hand, Radha is surprised when Nanda rings her and asks to meet him. Radha reaches the spot and helps carry an unconscious Angel home. Meanwhile, Shalini informs Mugi about the case when he compels her. She gives him a lead to the case he is currently investigating. Later, Seelan scolds Mugi for leaving Prakash alone while they were on duty and warns him against repeating it.

Mugi then scolds Prakash for telling on him. But Prakash retaliates for the first time. He tells Mugi that he was silent every time Mugi tried to pick on him, but this time his (Prakash’s) job was at stake. If Mugi had mentioned that Prakash did come along for the investigation, he could have lost his job. Prakash also tells Mugi that his behaviour was unprofessional as he took Shalini on a date while they were on duty. Will Mugi change his approach and treat Prakash with more deference now? Stay tuned
