Deviled Eggs

Beginner or a culinary professional, the good old eggs are a great way to start your day. We’ve been eating boiled eggs and omelets for a long, long time now. Now that we are at home and constantly wondering what to do, here are a few new ways to eat eggs. First, we have the simple and delicious deviled eggs. Start by boiling the eggs to a hard boil and set them aside.

In another bowl, take some onions, green chilies, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, mashed potatoes and combine them well. To this, add the egg yolks of the boiled eggs and mix them well. Now, take a dollop of this mixture and place it in the hard-boiled egg whites.

Poached Eggs with bun

Poached eggs are the easiest of all. Not only does it taste heavenly, but it also makes for a great Instagram post. To make these, you need to boil water in a pan. Add to it some vinegar and salt. Take smaller bowls of steel. Dip it into the pan, draw some water into it and place it outside again. Now, crack the eggs open in each of the bowls and place them back inside the pan with the help of kitchen tongs.

Allow it to cook for six-seven minutes and take them out with the tongs. As they cool down, toast the buns after slicing them in two pieces. You can also glaze some butter on it as you toast it. Slather a layer of ketchup or your preferred sauce and place some salad leaves or lettuce leaves on the bun. place the poached eggs on it and sprinkle salt and pepper. Place the top bun and you’re good to go.

Corn Chai with Shirred Eggs with an Ayurvedic twist

Our last pick is an interesting mix of western cuisine with an Indian touch. To make Shirred eggs, take oil in a pan. And add baby corn, red chilies, crushed garlic, ginger, sweet corn, salt, crushed black pepper, parsley to it. Take the mixture out once it combines well and place them at the bottom of ramekins. Grate paneer and layer the bowl with it. Finally, crack open the eggs in the bowl and allow it to bake in the oven on medium heat.

Once the eggs are baked, take them out and garnish it with salt and pepper. To make the corn chai, take a pan and boil water it in. To this, add some whole cardamom and throw in some corn silk or corn fiber. When it comes to a boil, you have your corn chai and shirred eggs ready.
