Things We Love Doing, Inspired By Ali Reza, When It Rains
When monsoons are here, we, like the Maate Mantramu actor, cannot hide our joy either.
It comes after a long stretch of hot and humid weather when the sun burns us like a tandoor. We keep waiting for it as the mercury rises, and then when varshalu vachesayi (rains are here), we are overjoyed. The joy of varshakalam is indeed unmatched, even though it brings with it painful traffic jams like in Hyderabad. And just like we go out and get wet in the first rains, looks like Maate Mantramu’s Vamsi, a.k.a. actor Ali Reza, likes doing the same too. Just like us.
Look at him in this video he recently posted on his social media account. We see the actor posing, quite like superstar Prabhas in Baahubali, with his muscles flexed, in the middle of rocks and waterfalls, while the rains keep pouring down. What a gorgeous, gorgeous setting this is to enjoy the rains, is it not? Hey Ali, we would totally love to know where you have shot this video, by the way.
Monsoons, are a favourite in all states of India. And while it has finally arrived in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana, we want to celebrate it in its full glory. And when it pours outside and you are at home with your loved ones, the first thing that comes to mind is food. Chai or filter kaapi and traditional Telugu snacks are a match made in heaven. Do you agree or do you agree? If you find it too tiring to make a pesarattu to go with the coconut or chilli tomato chutney, why don’t you just quickly fry some mirapakaya bajji? Have them hot with some peanut chutney. Is your mouth watering already? A punugulu or some deep fried and crunchy medu vada is also a great idea.
But apart from hogging some delicious snacks, there is also so much you can do in the monsoon. Like going on a long drive with your bae or family. For instance, have you driven from Vishakhapatnam to Araku Valley yet? Maybe now is when you should go for it?
Or how about you settle down with a cuppa at home and enjoy some romantic Telugu movies on ZEE 5, with your partner?
