The Verdict – State vs Nanavati is a retelling of the sensational KM Nanavati vs State of Maharashtra case, dating back to 1959. The ZEE5 Original and ALTBalaji Original web series beautifully recreates the retro charm, revisiting the era when Mumbai used to be Bombay. In a major #FashionFlashback, the digital drama also showcases the days of glossy fashion when Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe highly influenced the game. The period of graceful fashion is perfectly depicted in every garment and clothing worn by Elli AvrRam, Kubbra Sait, Sumeet Vyas, Angad Bedi, Manav Kaul amongst others who play the lead characters in the series. Their respective wardrobes can be said to be one of the most well put together ones in recent times.

To begin with, the dresses worn by Kubbra and Elli are supremely chic. The leading ladies were dressed in buttoned-up, bow, pleated, high-collared numbers, sometimes paired with net gloves.
