The fuel to our fire is exercise because it helps us stay healthy and fit. At least Namma Gurumurthy from the show Subbalakshmi Samsara thinks so. If you are his fan, then you will do well to follow in his example. As a matter of fact, fitness can be calculated on different levels. Bhavani, who works out regularly, believes that fours walls don’t confine the word fitness.

What he means is, you don’t have to necessarily go to the gym or exercise at home to be healthy. You can always step out of the comforts of your home and get fit as well. While there are high-intensity outdoor exercises to do, many like to exercise in moderation like this Subbalakshmi Samsara actor. His favourite outdoor exercise is cycling. Recently, he took to social media to express his love for cycling and said that it is the best way to shed those extra pounds and tone yourself.  

Is cycling really beneficial? The answer is yes! My favourite reason for cycling is that it helps keep my stress levels in check. Furthermore, it helps with my posture as well which is a double bonus. With the mobility of a cycle, there is no end to the distances you can travel, while keeping yourself absolutely fit. Want to change your mood? Get your cycle out and hit the freeway! When Adrenaline and Endorphins are released in our body, they are known to better your mood. Cycling helps with that.

There is good news even if you are a big time foodie. Cycling will often make you crave for some fuel to sustain yourself. So even though you find yourself eating more, don’t worry, once you take your wheels out for a spin, all will be well again. Exercising with a cycle will help you in the years to come because it concentrates on all the important cores of your body.
