SSR Case: Is Rhea Chakraborty A Criminal Or Victim?
While Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty reached the NCB office, the FIR filed by her has been transferred to CBI for investigation.
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is getting more and more complicated as Rhea Chakraborty has now filed an FIR against the late actor’s sister and a Delhi-based doctor, alleging that they prescribed him drugs without any consultation. While the Jalebi actress had reached the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in Mumbai for the third round of questioning on Tuesday (September 8), the FIR filed by Chakraborty has been transferred to CBI for further investigation. Talking about the FIR filed in Bandra Police Station, Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde shared a statement.
“Rhea Chakraborty has set the Criminal Law in motion by filing her complaint with Bandra Pstn. The Cocktail of Illegally Administered Medicines and Drugs may have lead to SSR’s suicide on June 14, 2020. His sisters need to be answerable to the investigators and God,” said Maneshinde. Meanwhile, a report suggested that the CBI team, who is currently probing Rajput’s death case is expected to seek legal opinion on Chakraborty’s FIR and if required, the team will register the FIR and will probe the angle as well.
