Sembaruthi 20 September 2020 Written Update: Vanaja Is Elated To See Akhila Lying Unconscious In Her Room

In the previous episode, the doctor, Vatsala, visits Akhila and convinces her that she is too stressed and that is the reason behind her sickness. After Vatsala leaves, Vanaja calls Nandini and tells her that she is scared about Akhila finding out about the truth. Nandini asks Vanaja to stop worrying.

She further tells Vanaja that if Akhila falls unconscious then she (Vanaja) should ensure that Akhila is not immediately taken to the hospital. Meanwhile, Akhila again falls sick. Akhila falls sick again and suffers an unbearable pain. She seeks help but collapses on the floor. Watch Sembaruthi episodes before its TV telecast on ZEE5.

In this episode, Vanaja sees Akhilandeshwari lying unconscious in her room. She gets too excited and checks whether Akhila is her conscious or not. Later, Vanaja celebrates her success and talks to the unconscious Akhila about how much she hated to see her ruling everyone in the house.

Vanaja tells her that she would have killed her (Akhila) but she wants Akhila to see how she (Vanaja) takes over the business and rule the house. Later, Vanaja puts off the lights and draw the curtains, making it seem like Akhila’s sleeping.

While Vanaja informs Nandini about the incident, Adi, who had seen a nightmare, calls Purushottam and forces him to check on Akhila’s well being. When Purushottam checks on Akhila, he is shocked to see her lying on the floor unconscious.

As he cries out loud, Vanaja too joins him and acts pretends to care. Meanwhile, Adi calls to check on his mother again and is shocked to hear about his Akhila’s condition. Purushottam asks Adi to reach the hospital at the earliest.
