As we all know, the lockdown can get to some of us sometimes especially when the weather is gloomy at all times. But, don’t worry as we’ve got the most fun recipes for you that are not only easy to make but best suited for this rainy weather. Take a look.

Godhi Kadabu 

Take a big bowl and place all the 1 cup wheat flour, 3/4th cups rice flour, 3 tsp methi powder and urad powder and finally 1/2 tsp salt. Mis all the ingredients mentioned. Then take a pot, pour two cups of water and bring the same to a boil. Once the water begins to boil immediately, pour it on the flour and treat it like dough. Then kneed the dough and put it aside for 20 to 30 minutes. Then take a small-sized ball of dough and shape it like a small bowl. Make 12 to 14 of these bowls at a time, and steam in an idli stand for 15 minutes! Eat with chutney pudi and ghee!

Lemon Rice

Firstly, take a large kadai heat roast desired amount of peanuts in oil. You can also roast cashews until they turn golden brown. Now, keep the fried peanuts and cashews aside. In the same oil, add mustard, urad dal, chana dal and dried red chilli along with ginger, chilli and a few curry leaves. Now, add in ¼ tsp turmeric and saute slightly. Take 2 cups of cooked rice and ½ tsp salt and mix it well with the above-mentioned ingredients. Mix well to make sure that everything is well combined. Finally, don’t forget to add two spoons of coriander and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix them well and your dish is ready!
