But the only way to tackle this pandemic is through keeping yourself safe and healthy. Samantha is a huge fitness junkie, who has tried her hands on CrossFit, weight-training, and yoga. After all these years, the actor has found a way to incorporate each of these body-transformation practises in her routine easily. With gyms closing doors on us, most people were worried about their physique and their fitness goals. But the age-old tradition of yoga came to Samantha’s and our rescue.
Here, she hangs upward down in an aerial silk rope. Samantha flashes a bright smile as she easily attains the positions. Sharing this picture, Samantha wrote, “Congratulations you and I made it to July”. Her smile alone makes us want to get up and do something better and bigger.
Along with that, she shared another picture where she uses her forearm strength to raise her body above the ground. Samantha even added that she practises it with her husband, “Apart from gardening, something I’ve been really enjoying is Yoga, especially because Chay Akkineni and I do it together.” We can imagine how difficult it could be. But if she can, so can we.
