Samantha Akkineni made her debut as Jessie in Gautham Menon’s Ye Maaya Chesave. Since then, the actress only walked the ladder of success. Now, she is taking a much-needed break from work and hectic schedule. Recently Samantha found a new hobby in gardening. A few days ago, she had her first harvest, and now Samantha has turned towards spirituality.

It’s a Monday and a great time to start your spiritual journey. The pandemic has put us through a tough time and people have realised that staying all by themselves is a tougher task than expected. Often, we end up with several questions that nobody seems to have the answers for. And that’s when finding you spirituality comes into play. It is believed you can solve the deepest of puzzles if you are on your spiritual path.

Kriya Yoga mainly consists of breathing exercises, including pranayama, mantra meditation and mudra meditation. The sacred Bhagavad Gita too talks about this form of spiritual awakening as Raja Yoga.
