New announcements will soon be in order, and your workout places will not be open. The world is going through times and the only way to help others and yourself is by staying indoors and staying healthy. While we understand and admit that it is highly enriching to laze all day on the bed or the couch, we must also acknowledge that laziness is our biggest enemy. So, without further ado, start a new week on the right note.

Actor Tamanaah has been quarantined in her Bombay home, since the beginning of the nation-wide lockdown. During the first-leg of the lockdown, Tamannaah decided to connect with her fans and followers via social media more than ever. So, she began sharing bits and parts of her life with us via photos and videos. Initially, the actress managed to squeeze in some time for workout and exercising successfully.

As the comfort of home grows deeper, it turned harder for her to stay put, too. However, she conquered all of the excuses and pushed herself forward. In a recent post, she said, “The biggest challenge for me while doing a digital workout with my trainer isn’t the workout. It is how to actually place my phone in the correct position so that it doesn’t keep falling. And tada! Where there’s a will, there is a way!”

She further added, “A tissue paper box and a dry fruit tray have come in handy for me during the lockdown and have been a great substitute for the tripod. They’ve been my (phone) supporters while I shoot videos. Get creative and be a jugaadu!” Well, if that’s what it takes to make you sure you keep yourself healthy, why not?
