Monday Motivation: Get Sweating Inside The House With No Equipments Like Varun Tej

Well done! You have made it to yet another Monday during the lockdown. It isn’t easy to stay put when we’re used to going out and about, at our wish. However, this is the only way to get rid of the novel coronavirus. At the same time, you should keep a check on your health and not become a couch potato.

Tollywood’s hot property after the success of Gaddalakonda Ganesh, Varun Tej has been isolated inside his house, too. If he can do it, so can you. The gyms aren’t open, but there are several ways to work out at home and get sweating. From Allu Arjun’s favourite Calisthenics training to Rakulpreet’s favourite yoga or even Varun Tej’s boxing, pick your options.

Simply move your body enough to get the unnecessary fat burning and get rid of it all. The first thing you can at home is skipping. You can do the same without ropes, too. Just stay focused on your movement. Next up, do some push-ups. There are several types of push-ups that can be done.

Never forget some squat jumps along with mountain climbers, these will help the blood flow in your legs rigorously. Boxer burpees are a great way to warm up your body too. All you have to do is maintain your body in the boxing posture and bend down to complete a burpee. And finally, end your session with Shadowboxing.

This involves boxing in the air. Try speed punches, jabs, cross combos, jab cross and hook combos. By the time you reach this point, you will be ready to hit the shower. Slowly turn your energy lower and complete  Shadowboxing by following the reverse order.
