Currently, the metro is operating on the Yellow line. The authorities ensured that thermal screening of commuters is conducted and passengers compulsorily use smart cards. According to the sources, people religiously followed all the safety measures and avoided overcrowding at touch points. The authorities are hopeful that with proper management and people’s cooperation more lines can be made operational in the coming days.
