Marathi family drama Doctor Don tells the story of an underworld don Deva who enrolls himself in a medical college to clear his image by healing people and to win back his daughter Radha’s love. She breaks off all ties with him after learning about his dangerous work. In college, Deva falls madly in love with Dr. Monica, who is the dean. The role is played to perfection by popular Marathi actress Shweta Shinde. She is a mother of two but not once can you make out the same by looking at her gorgeous face and well-maintained physic. 1. Keep a track of what you eat and drink

The smooth functioning of our body is highly dependent on the food we consume. It’s very important to include some healthy options that will help you nourish your body- including your skin- in the long run. Carbonated drinks and alcoholic beverages damage your skin to a great extent. We recommend you to substitute your beverages with fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Also, include some proteinous foods like fish, chicken, eggs in your diet that will help you in keeping your skin healthy.

2. Don’t forget to exfoliate

To prevent this, one should get into the habit of exfoliating the skin once or twice a week with a good quality scrub or mask. 3. Stay hydrated all day long

Drink at least 3-4 liters of water daily and half of your skin problems will go away! Many studies have proven that good quality sleep is one of the most important things that one should include to have a healthy lifestyle. A good night’s sleep acts as a repairer for your skin after a long, hectic day. Adequate sleep also improves blood circulation around the eyes, in turn reducing dryness and puffiness.

5. Say no to stress

De-stressing is the key to having a fresh-looking skin. Getting good sleep, exercising regularly, and meditating can help you relieve stress in no time. You can also stay fit by indulging in various activities like yoga, gymming or playing your favourite sport.
