Hi Mama, You're a year younger today, passionate, loving and that hardworking woman that you are makes me want to go out there and give it my best in the moments that I live. Each learning around has only made me admire your spirit on how to be the best form of oneself. Your energy. Your rhythm. The zest, zeal, zing, and the never giving up mode that you feed on has rubbed off, and perhaps I may never be able to match your spirit, but somewhere Ma, I yearn to be as pure, alluring, soulful, hardworking, serene and devoted to your craft, amidst the other adjectives that define you. I sense every movement of yours, every emotion, your sacrifices for all of us, the detailing in which you make sure that we feel sheltered in all aspects. The warmth. The affection. The teacher in you who is more of a friend to her students. There’s a reason why everyone describes you as a very welcoming, tender and an understanding human being. There’s no blurry vision on that, and won’t ever be. Thank you for the challenging upbringing, we’ve seen days and nights of madness, laughter and tears, but with light within your heart, the touch and push, I couldn't have asked for any other set of hands to just be there for me to clench on days of mental insanity. I introduced my mother to an aspect of mental health, where we both realised that not everyday would be great, and often life can take control, but she’s understood and allowed me to be a version that I feel most comfortable in. Parents often want their children to succeed and grow, but somewhere as a parent you need to understand fine points that your children emit. A parent who understands the mental health of a child, is the most vital friend and ‘Doctor’, one can have. Glad you’ve allowed me to share that relationship with you. I aim to be a better version of myself, far behind you, but I hope you can somewhere be proud of the little things I’ve done as your son. I love you immensely, and under your guidance I assure to be a better version of myself every passing day, in acceptance and the journeys I plunge into. Sorry I couldn’t be there on your day today. Love you Mother ❤️ Your product 🙋 Happy birthday 🌸❤️

A journey is way more exhilarating than the destination. A firm believer of that. Till date my professional highlights have been raw. Untrained. Spontaneous. Untapped. To that extent that I yet haven’t figured what I want to do with life, but you know I mentioned about the journey, I’m in motion, poetic motion. The fact that I am even called for an audition, is a big deal for me. I’m deeply embedded with mental health activities and ways to help people understand that we all don’t have to be the best, but just be, and while being, be honest, earnest, humble, in all you do. Try, it’s not hard. Everyone has an option, I’ve taken mine to work on a day, travel on my Activa, and go back to my window of passing trains and poetry. Why change just because you’re ‘known’? The real recognition is when you’re closest to your spirit. My mantra isn’t complicated – Maintain consistency in bagging key roles. Give every moment your heart. Detach when required. Don’t chase name, fame. Be humble. Be a listener. Understand nuances. Help everyone who’s on a path. Appreciate others. And just be. I’m coming back with another tv show. My grannies would be excited to watch me everyday, would enable blood flow in their bodies, they’d watch me repeat the next day as well.. I’d be able to improve as an artist, you may wonder that it’s Tv, but remember it fills stomachs and a LOT of work goes behind making a show. Kudos to the unit. Remember, with the right collaboration the medium wouldn’t fiddle with the art of craft. Thankful to the makers. The channel. The entire team behind a show. Somewhere my Grandfather would be watching whatever I do, on his chattai, and hopefully be proud 🙏❤️ Qurbaan Hua on Zee Tv! 25th February. Monday to Friday. 10pm onwards. Do spread the word if you could. Appreciate it 🙌🏻
