Kamli Ishq Di: Here’s why Mahi can’t help but love and care for Deshveer

The Zee Punjabi series Kamli Ishq Di describes love and its complications in the truest form. Mahi (Shehnaz Saher) and Deshveer (Jashn Kohli) share a love-hate relationship. They are often seen fighting with each other. But there are instances where they stood strong for each other. However, in recent times we see that Mahi tries hard to ignore Deshveer, but she fails. Here’s why we think that Mahi truly loves Deshveer.

Mahi’s soft corner for Deshveer

Deshveer criticised Mahi for getting engaged to Lucky (Mehakdeep Singh). But still, Mahi takes his allegations without any fight. Later, Mahi cancels her engagement and saves Deshveer from Lucky’s clutches. Mahi buys Deshveer’s mother’s jewellery from Lucky. She even gets Deshveer out from Lucky’s bodyguard job. This shows that Mahi has a soft corner for Deshveer. No matter what, Mahi will help Deshveer.

Mahi and her failed ignorance

From the moment Deshveer gets to know about Mahi’s help, he tries to reach her. But Mahi ignores Deshveer. She doesn’t want his apology or anything. Mahi wants to get rid of Deshveer. Deshveer even stays at the gate of her house for a whole night. He wishes to meet Mahi and clear the doubts between them. But Mahi chooses to ignore him.

The next day, Mahi sees Deshveer outside her house and she puts her shawl around Deshveer.

This shows that Mahi is just making things complicated for everyone. Mahi’s best friend Simi and Deshveer’s sister Nimrat (Ritika) also insults her for showing the double standards behaviour.

Mahi has to choose one side. She has to stop this fight between the heart and the mind. Mahi is creating unnecessary trouble for Deshveer and Mahi.
