Indian Borders Are Secured And The Army Is Currently In A Dominating Position, Says Rajnath Singh
In the ongoing Monsoon session at the Parliament, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that Indian security forces are ready and equipped to tackle the Chinese troops at any given time.
For the first time on September 15, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh addressed the ongoing India-China border dispute in the Monsoon session of the parliament. He said that the Indian borders are safe and secure and the Indian Army has already achieved a dominating position over Chinese troops at several locations. Further, Singh confirmed that on August 29-30, the Chinese troops tried to invade Indian lands in southern part of Pangong lake, however, the Indian security forces managed to stop their military aggressive tactics in time.
Singh even said that during the face-off at the Galwan valley, the Indian troops did a lot of damage to the Chinese military forces. China has been creating tensions at the LAC since April but the Indian Army has so far managed to keep them under control. He assured that the Indian security forces are all ready and equipped to tackle the Chinese troops at any given time.
