If Not A Meal Like Ram Charan, At Least Bake A Cake For Your Wife During Lockdown
We’re sure many men might not be a fan of Ram Charan right now. The quarantine is already difficult to get through. There are no second thoughts about Chocolate cakes and this is your easiest bet, too. This particular recipe requires no eggs or microwave-oven. You can be sure of hassle-free baking experience and also enjoy a sumptuous dessert.
To make this, start by taking a large bowl and add the dry ingredients to it. All-purpose flour, castor sugar, baking powder and baking soda, cocoa powder. Give it a good mix and then start adding the wet ingredients – olive oil or butter, vanilla essence or syrup, vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
Make sure everything is well combined. Now, add a good amount of condensed milk into and keep mixing. Do not worry about making the batter runny or too smooth. Now, set it aside and prepare your baking set up.
Unless you have an oven or microwave, take a large pan and keep it on medium flame. Sprinkle some salt in it. Keep baking stones or a wire rack – this will ensure that the cake does not burn.
Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to pre-heat. In the meantime, take a ceramic tin and grease it with butter. Transfer the batter into it and safely place the tin into the pan. Allow it to bake well before you take it out. You can serve it with some icing sugar or go ahead and make a full-fledged cake frosting.
