Ever since her divorce with Gurunath (Abhijeet Khandkekar), Radhika shifted her focus to her startup called Radhika Masale. Her startup became the launchpad to her career, due to which she proved Gurunath wrong by establishing herself as an entrepreneur. Radhika’s success in business made Gurunath jealous, and he devised plans to make her eat dirt. He took help from first from Shanaya and then got Maya (Ruchira Jadhav) on his side to poke their noses into Radhika’s business. Gurunath made a dual strategy with Maya to sabotage Radhika’s company and ruin her name by clicking obscene pictures of Saumitra. Gurunath and Maya are now blackmailing Radhika and forcing her to merge her startup with Maya’s SB Group of Companies.

While Radhika isn’t ready for the merger to happen, it’s high time that she takes a call. If you ask us, we feel that there’s no harm in letting go off her company and merging it with Mr Banhatti’s SB Group of Companies. Here’s why we think Radhika should consider the merger.
Merging the company would take away the independence which Radhika and her employees are used to. Since Radhika created the company from scratch, she has seen everything right from its high points to its lows. We know that it is tough for Radhika to merge her company because it is almost like giving her baby up for adoption. Looking at the bright side of things, Radhika’s business would expand manifold once she considers the merger. Both SB Group of Companies and Radhika Masale have clients across the globe so the merger won’t affect her. Her company’s manpower would increase instead and so will her growth rate. Since she’s the CEO of both these companies, Radhika can drive them to the peaks of success with her entrepreneurial skills.
If the merger takes place somehow, she would be working closely with her father-in-law Mr Banhatti, who has been no less than an inspiration to her. Radhika can gain some insights from Mr Banhatti that would help in expanding her business. On the personal front, Radhika accepting the merger would make Gurunath and Maya think that she has accepted defeat. Radhika could then strike them back while they are busy celebrating their win.
