Fashion Friday: Check out the gorgeous costumes worn by the characters in the Bangla TV serial Bhanumotir Khel

Bhanumotir Khel is a Zee Bangla TV serial starring actors Shreyosree Roy, Rubel Das, Arindom Ganguly and Debaparna Chakraborty as the lead characters. It is an exciting show in the realm of fantasy, and is a romantic tale full of magic. Bhanumotir Khel revolves around the daughter of a magician, who uses her knowledge of magic tricks to spread happiness among everyone around her! Let’s take a look at dazzling costumes donned by the characters from this show.

1. Bhanumoti

In this scene from the Bengali TV show, Bhanumoti (played by Shreyosree Roy) is all decked up to perform! A black blouse with long sleeves, a flowing floral skirt and rows of shimmering chains with golden tassels complete the look and add an air of mystique. Bhanumoti wields a few loops which she will probably use to impress her audience with while performing her magic tricks!

2. Meghraj

Meghraj is Bhanumoti’s husband, and he is played by the handsome actor Rubel Das. Check out how regal he looks in this ethnic look. A dashing red and blue turban will catch your eye immediately, and he sports that grand moustache with panache! We love his paisley print jacket and the funky oxidised jewellery that he rocks totally.

3. Bhelki

Bhelki, who is Bhanumoti and Meghraj’s daughter, looks so demure in this simple light blue saree worn with a matching blouse in darker blue. She is the picture of quiet sophistication with her hair pulled back in a long neat braid, and a speck of vermillion (sindoor) dotting her forehead. Her red and white shankha pola bangles are the mark of a Bengali bride, and she looks the part perfectly!
