Earthquake Tremors Felt In Many Districts Of Bihar
Tremors of the magnitude of 4.9 on the Richter scale have been felt in districts of north Bihar including Patna, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur and Sitamarhi.

According to recent information, tremors have been felt in several districts of Bihar. These tremors were felt in districts of north Bihar including Patna, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur and Sitamarhi recently. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.9 on the Richter Scale while its speed was reported to have been 6.0. According to reports, the epicentre of the earthquake is being described as Nepal, though earthquakes were felt for a very short time. Also tremors were felt in the Kathmandu Valley early morning.
The tremors were so strong that the impact was felt in some parts of Bihar adjoining Nepal. The people of Bihar are bewildered this time. Earlier, in the year 2015, Nepal had a devastating earthquake. The epicentre of that earthquake was in Pokhara near the capital city of Kathmandu and about 9,000 people lost their lives in the 7.9 magnitude earthquake. Talking about Bihar, more than 15 people have embraced death in several districts last Tuesday (September 8) due to being struck by lightning.
