Dabur Honey Hello Fitness host Karan Wahi invited the celebrity chef Kunal Kapur in the fourth episode of the ZEE5 Original series. This chat show streaming on ZEE5 inspires the audience by bringing fit and healthy celebrities and their fitness stories on board! In the first episode, we saw the fabulous actress Tamannah Bhatia talk about her workout-from-home routine. In the second episode, Yuvika Chaudhary explained why it is important to be in a happy state of mind. Next, Shilpa Shetty’s sister, actress Shamita Shetty talked about her fitness routine and her influencer tales. But Kunal Kapur’s episode has been the most unique one so far as the chef is talking about diet!

According to the chef the two desserts that can have honey and be extremely nutritious are gulab jamun and cake. The chef also surprised Karan with an interesting fact. The only ingredient in the kitchen that never expires is Honey!
In the Heat Me Up and the Cool Down segments of the show Chef Kunal turned out to be guilty, as he skipped workouts and cheated on his diet! He also said that one should never skip meals to lose weight. Chef Kunal also revealed a personal and secret recipe. The nutritious ice cream recipe involves cinnamon, curd, bananas and honey. The steps are blend – mould – freeze – eat! The simple ice cream recipe is a must-try.
