The latest episode of Dabur Honey Hello Fitness hosted by Karan Wahi saw Shamita Shetty gracing it as a celebrity guest. In the previous two episodes, we witnessed actress Tamannah Bhatia and Yuvika Chaudhary reveal their diet mantras. While Tamannah said that she loves working out and following a regime, Yuvika was quite the opposite and said that she believes in doing what her heart says. Mohabbatein Actress Shamita Shetty is one of the fittest actresses in the industry. On the show, she talked about her fitness mantra ‘Never Give Up’, and how she follows it consistently.

Shamita Shetty is known as a fitness enthusiast and influencer on social media. She often keeps posting her fitness videos. Karan Wahi questioned her about her Instagram bio tag – Health Junkie. Shamita explained that the Health junkie tag is for herself as she does not believe in dieting. The actress went on to say that she is a fan of eating and would never skip breakfast. She also talked about healthy breakfast recipes like Persian Muesli with lactose-free milk or curd and added dry fruits. Shamita said that her binge food is fruits, nuts, and dry fruits like almonds, cashews, walnuts, apples, and bananas.
