All of that comprises harmoniously within one person, Prabhu Deva. Turning 47, on April 3rd, 2020, Prabhu Deva is a man who has set standards for dancers, filmmakers and human beings alike.

First, we have the latest Hindi film titled Khamoshi. It stars Tamannaah and Bhumika Chawla in crucial roles along with Prabhu Deva. The film revolves around a young woman who suffers from speech disability. She ends up stranded in a mansion that happens to be haunted. She witnesses gruesome murders after murders. With all of it, she starts wondering if she will be the next one.

​After the success of Devi, director AL Vijay brought out Devi 2 starring Prabhu Deva with Tamannaah and Nandita Shwetha. The film is a horror-comedy which does not disappoint its masses. The film begins when Devi finds out that her husband, Krishna, had become home to not one, but two abandoned spirits. Through the course of the film, Devi does several things to find her husband again with the help of her friend.

Lakshmi

The 2018 dance film, Lakshmi stars Prabhu Deva with Ditya Bhande and Aishwarya Rajesh. Lakshmi is a passionate and ambitious dancer and never misses an opportunity to showcase her skills, against her mother’s wish. The crux of the film revolves around Lakshmi’s quest to make it big and being blessed by her mother with the help of Krishna, her mentor.

Ramaiya Vastavaiya

Ramaiya Vastavaiya is a romantic-comedy directed by Prabhu Deva, and stars Shruti Haasan and Sonu Sood. The plot of the film is a simple love story. The boy and the girl happen to grow up with different social statuses and the boy has to fulfilled certain tasks before he is approved by the family. 

Urumi

The 2011 drama starring Prabhu Deva, Vidya Balan, Nithya Menon, Prithvi Raj, Genelia Deshmukh, Urumi is a must-watch. Set in the 16th century, the film is a revenge-drama between the villagers and the foreigners. With well-choreographed fight sequences and sword battles, this film packs a punch powerfully.
