1. A lehenga choli with contrasting colors
This is the latest trend to have hit the fashion market. Earlier, you would find matching dupattas with your lehenga- choli, but today, a fad of contrasting colours is now in vogue. The most common one you would find is a maroon lehenga-choli with a peach dupatta, among many other combinations. Ruchi here is seen wearing a royal blue and golden printed lehenga with a green bordered golden dupatta and a grey blouse. If you notice, none of her outfits match with one another and yet, complement each other. She takes things a notch higher by adding a pair of bright red jhumkas and bangles as part of her accessories. The idea is to ditch the practice of being too ‘mathcy matchy’ and instead try multiple color combinations to appear as bold and unconventional.

2. Velvet material with zari work
If you are up-to-date with the latest styles in the market, you would notice that a lot of bridal lehengas are available in this pattern which includes velvet with embroidered zari work on it. Ruchi wears something similar and looks elegant in this beautiful black and golden attire that she teams up with a contrasting peach duptatta and a heavy matching choker, bracelet.
3. Embroidered anarkali gown
Anarkali gowns too have become a hit with the ladies where the Anarkali styled gown is full length and is sported with a dupatta. Ruchi rocks this dark blue and gold embroidered gown that she teams up with matching earrings and bright red lips.
4. Golden and white net lehenga
This style is appropriate for a day wedding or function. Ruchi looks gorgeous in this embellished white and golden net lehenga- choli. We love how the actress has worn her lehenga in a typical Gujarati style, with the dupatta in front, put in place with a kamarbandh. And don’t miss Ruchi’s big matching golden jhumkas. Nice touch!
5. Cream net gown
A lot of women are opting for this look today, which is a fusion of desi and modern. You would find modern gowns with traditional Indian embroideries and these are perfect to wear for wedding cocktails and receptions. Ruchi looks classy in this cream net gown that she wears with heavy eye makeup and a loose blow-dried hairdo.
