The subject came up when the Oscar-winning music director AR Rahman was asked why he works more frequently in Tamil cinema than in Hindi films. during an interaction on a radio show. “I don’t say no to good movies but I think there is a gang, which, due to misunderstandings, is spreading some false rumours, replied Rahman.
During an interview, AR Rahman said that he is not getting enough work in the Hindi film industry because there is a whole gang working against him. The music director composed nine songs for Dil Bechara, the last film of late Sushant Singh Rajput, that premiered on OTT platform on Friday (July 24). The film marks the directorial debut of casting director Mukesh Chhabra and has been winning plaudits for its hummable tunes. It also marks the Bollywood debut of actress Sanjana Sanghi.
