Anasuya Bharadwaj Made Heads Turn In A Benarasi Silk Lehenga For Sankranthi Sambaralu
The calendar of festivities, for us Telugu folks, is marked off at the beginning of Sankranthi. And, in all true senses, that is when the sambaralu begin for us. Now that Sankranthi is past us, many festivals are lined up ahead. With festivals comes a lot of responsibility. We have to stay in shape, we have to get our best style game to the party, and let’s not forget, we have to make enough space for all the delicious food. Let’s focus on one thing at a time, shall we? Recently, Tollywood actor and television personality, Anasuya Bharadwaj stunned us with her fashion outing. And so, we’ve got all the details below!
Catch up on all the Sankranthi Sambaralu here:
While celebrating the festival with the Zee Telugu family, Anasuya rocked a lehenga-choli that we hadn’t seen before. Ditching the mesh materials and pastel colours, Anasuya made a statement a Banarasi silk, hot-pink lehenga with a shamrock green coloured blouse, by Gauri Naidu. With this, she added more character to her outfit with a bright yellow dupatta. This might seem like an odd combination, but Anasuya made it a daring combo and maintained its harmony with silver zari prints on all three pieces of garments.
Anasuya decided to go low on the accessories since her outfit was bright and loud. She added a bunch of ocher yellow and red bangles in one hand and a huge emerald ring in the other hand. She stuck to a simple silver and Kundan neckpiece along with coordinated bottubilla and earrings. Oh, let’s not forget the quirky tinted spectacles. For her glow-up, Anasuya kept it simple by focusing on her natural features and going for a monotone makeup look.
When the outfit speaks for itself, you can really lay low with everything else. And that’s exactly what this bombshell did here. She opted to tie her hair into a low ponytail.
