66th National Film Awards 2019 | The full list of winners of National Film Awards 2019 was announced on Friday in Delhi. Notably, the recipients are usually announced in April and the presentation is slated for 3 May every year. But given the Lok Sabha 2019 elections, the schedule was pushed. Uri: The Surgical Strike and Pad Man were amongst the films that bagged big honours while Vicky Kaushal was named the Best Actor winner.
