1. Inspector Ghorpade's death

What makes a show special? It takes a good blend of mysterious and engrossing content. Checking this criterion, we had Zee Yuva’s Ek Ghar Mantarlela which had a successful run on the channel. The cast Suruchi Adarkar, Suyash Tilak and Suhrud Wardekar‘s expertise in acting kept us go on an episodic binge. Now, as the show has ended, we are recalling 5 most scary scenes that we loved to watch! Stay tuned.

Inspector Ghorpade’s demise was one of the first deaths in the show. While investigating the paranormal activities in Mrutyunjay bungalow, Inspector Ghorpade saw a woman in the house. He ran for his life and revved his motorcycle. However, he was too late as the woman was standing right behind his bike.

2. Gargee hearing voices in Mrutyunjay bungalow

We can’t forget the first time Gargee and the team set foot in Mrutyunjay bungalow. There had to face all sorts of scary incidents that renewed their belief in ghosts and evil spirits. The worst incident was when Gargee heard an eery voice of a woman singing in the middle of the night in Mrutyunjay.

3. Sameedha and Jakhoba's partnership

Witnessing a possessed Sameedha was scarier than watching most of our favourite horror films. Accompanying her was Jakhoba who made things worse and equally scary for anyone who entered the Mrutyunjay bungalow. Their laughter and plans made gave goosebumps in every episode.

4. Nilay's mother's death

This was probably one of the scariest scenes to see Nilay think his mother is dead when she was alive in real. Just like us, even Nilay freaked out after seeing his mother had stopped breathing and responding to his calls. But, after Gargee and Kiran Mavshi came to Nilay’s house, his mother was well and very much ALIVE!

5. Sakhi's posession

Remember when Sakhi got possessed with Kaveri’s spirit? After the spirit took over her body, Sakhi stop being herself and start walking and talking like Kaveri! In the big red bindi, Sakhi still gives us the chills even when the serial is long over.
