Indian Cricket team captain Virat Kohli was recently spotted practicing in the nets with a pink ball, ahead of the Day/Night Test in Adelaide. He has been on the benches during the practice matches, leading some to think that he would not be a part of the series. However, according to the most recent videos released, he has been practicing his skills lately and has also been using a pink ball to get familiar with its usage. In the video doing the rounds on social media, the much-loved cricketer is seen practicing against Kartik Tyagi’s balling alongside Cheteshwar Pujara. The video has left quite a few people delighted as they have been waiting to witness Kohli’s game.

Virat Kohli was recently spotted in the nets, perfecting his moves for the upcoming India Vs Australia test in Adelaide. The Indian cricket captain was seen in the tests alongside a few other batsmen and bowlers. During the practice matches, Virat Kohli was seen sitting aside, giving the idea that he would not be a part of the upcoming series at all. The captain is, however, expected to return to India after the first match against the Aussies.

In the latest video attached above, Virat Kohli is seen playing against Kartik Tyagi’s balls, alongside Cheteshwar Pujara. Umesh Yadav and R Ashwin are also seen joining in, on the practice session as the tests approach. Popular opinion is that Virat Kohli has been perfecting his game for the first test match since it will be the only match he participates in, this time.

Australian cricketer Josh Hazle wood spoke about their mindset and preparations for the upcoming matches. He said, “I’ve had some luck against him of late in the white-ball format. So, you take a little bit of that into the Tests. That said, it’s a fresh start. It’s a different story again with the pink ball. He scored runs against us last time with the red ball and I think it’s crucial to start well against him”.
