Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most celebrated actors of the South film industry and its effect is also seen in his huge fan following. He is all set to make his Bollywood debut with the Karan Johar film, Liger, and his fans have been celebrating this news. Vijay recently released the poster of the film and also announced the theatrical release date with the promotional post. He stated that the film will hit the theatres on September 9, 2021 as the vaccination drives are expected to be in the final stages around that time. The theatres have opened with full capacity now, but the numbers had not been quite favourable due to the health scare.

Actor Vijay Deverakonda recently made a major announcement about his Bollywood debut and fans have been celebrating it with all their heart. He released a new poster of his film Liger which also stars Ananya Panday in a key role. The film is being produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions while the direction is being carried out by Puri Jagannath. The film Liger was kicked off right after the nationwide lockdown was lifted and pictures from the sets had created a lot of buzz amidst the fans. Vijay Deverakonda is expected to play a trained fighter in the film, which was one of the reasons why the movie was initially called Fighter. He had also trained in a few martial art forms to excel at method acting for the film.

In the new poster released, Vijay Deverakonda can be seen holding up a huge stick while wearing an intense expression across his face. He is seen screaming with his eyes shut, while he looks down towards the ground. The poster has been kept grey-dominant with a dash of blood on various parts of the poster. The film has been given the release date of September 9 2021, and is expected to be dubbed in five different languages.
