Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan started 2021 on a high note. He tied the knot with his ladylove Natasha Dalal. The actor isn’t slowing down at all! After his wedding, the actor is keen to get back into the race. He already working hard on the sets of his upcoming projects.

Paparazzi snapped the actor outside the Santacruz office of Maddock Films. Keeping his style casual for his meeting, Dhawan donned an all-black avatar. He also wore a pair of sunglasses and a face-mask. After posing for the paps, Varun walked towards his car.

This is not the first time the Coolie No 1 actor was spotted outside Maddock Films’ office in Santacruz. Two days before he left for his wedding in Alibaug, he visited the office. Varun and Maddock Films have joined hands once again for a second collaboration, titled Bhediya. Their first venture, Badlapur, received a positive response from the audience and the critics alike. Nawazuddin Siddiqui played the fantastic antagonist to Varun in the crime-drama.

Amar Kaushik will sit firmly in the director’s chair for Bhediya. The upcoming film is slated to be a horror-comedy. Rumour has it that the makers first approached Shraddha Kapoor to star opposite Varun. Later reports suggested Varun’s Dilwale co-star Kriti Sanon would play the female lead. However, neither the actors nor the makers made any official announcement about the same.

Both contemporaries, Kriti and Shraddha, have already worked with Maddock. Sharddha was the lead in film Stree. Meanwhile, Kriti’s next Mimi is produced under Maddock’s banner. Earlier reports stated Bhediya was likely to start filming in January 2021 in Itanagar.

Apart from Bhediya, Varun has a handful of exciting projects in his pipeline. In mid-November last year, he kicked off shooting for Raj Mehta’s next directorial venture, Jug Jug Jiyoo. The Dharma film will also feature Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.
