She is seen doing a few upper-body and leg exercises to keep her body healthy, fit, and toned at all times. She is also seen doing a few chest exercises with her personal trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, who has been assisting various Bollywood celebrities since the last few years. Vaani Kapoor is also seen using a gym ball in some parts to train herself in the areas of stability, flexibility, and balance. The actor’s hard work is clearly visible as she puts her hundred per cent and has been trying her best to achieve her fitness goals.
