Urvashi Rautela is known for her exceptional dancing skills and her stunning music videos. She is active on social media and loves to share snippets of her life with her fans. She is a big fitness enthusiast and often shares clips of herself from the gym. She recently took to Instagram to share a video of her doing vertical squats with resistance bands and left fans in a frenzy.

In the post, the actress also mentions three main benefits of doing squats which include a decrease in lower back pain, increase in strength of weaker muscle groups and change in strength curve. The actress is seen wearing a neon sports bra and black leggings in the video and looks exceptionally stylish and focused as well.

Not just squats, the actress is a natural at the gym and uses several machines and techniques to be fit. In one video, she is seen doing intense leg exercises and captioned it, “I love leg day.”

She loves sharing her fitness journey with her followers and does not shy away from weights either. She does weight training and in one video, she is seen doing leg raises for lower abs whilst holding a 60 Kgs weight!

The actress recently celebrated 39 Million followers on Instagram with a big pink-themed party. On the work front, the actress will be seen in the film Inspector Avinash along with Randeep Hooda. She is currently shooting for the film and even shares pictures from the sets and her vanity van! According to reports, the actress will soon be making her Tamil acting debut in a 200 crore film as well. She has not yet announced anything from her side.
