Union Minister Prakash Javadekar Hits Back At Rahul Gandhi
Javadekar claimed that the Congress hasn’t done anything substantial in the last six months and will soon become a party of tweets
Taking a swipe at Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said today that Congress will be reduced to a “party of tweets” as it keeps “losing” one leader after another. He also attacked the party for not doing any actual work and only communicating through tweets. Javadekar hit back at Gandhi’s recent tweets saying that the anti-CAA protests in Shaheen Bagh and the ensuing riots in Delhi were the only “achievements” of the Congress in February.
The Union Minister also addressed the desertion of Jyotiraditya Scindia and the party’s loss of power in Madhya Pradesh in March. “Rahul Gandhi tweets on a daily basis. It seems the Congress will become a party of tweets as it is not doing any work among the people and losing one leader after another. A frustrated and defeated party is trying to launch all sorts of attacks on the government,” he added.
