Twitter has introduced a new feature for its users in India. The country is one of its biggest markets and this new feature will surely get a tremendous response in the nation. The American microblogging and social networking service provider has named this feature a ‘search prompt’. It is made to create awareness about the natural calamities and disasters in India. The Search prompt is dedicated to disaster relief and awareness efforts. This feature will also help in availing rescue service at the time of disaster.

The feature will be available to all iOS and Android platforms in Hindi and English languages. Earlier, it was popularised with the hashtag ‘#thereishelp’ but now Twitter has made some valuable upgrades. The users just have to use correct keywords in order to get an immediate response during the time of disaster.
