As some experts call for an analysis of whether or not an accident at the Wuhan Institute of Virology originally triggered the coronavirus pandemic, the reports of some employees being sick in 2019 with coronavirus-like symptoms are surfacing. Due to this, China has now been exposed in a report by the US Intelligence Department about the origin of the coronavirus. USA’s former President, Donald Trump had also spoken about how there were several pieces of evidence that indicated that the COVID-19 virus had been created in Wuhan, China.
When China realised that they were being suspected of the same, they took international reporters around Wuhan to show how bad the situation was there itself. They were hoping to be able to prove that it had nothing to do with them. Such evidence call for a thorough and correctly executed reevaluation by WHO of the matter along with revisiting the clean chit given to China earlier for this. While China has constantly denied the accusations, the recently found evidence succeed at disabling the country to do so any longer. Although China might be in a powerful position, a detailed analysis along with considerations of all the recent evidence and reports by WHO is extremely crucial.
