Beaches have a great effect on us, thanks to the sound of waves that make us calmer and the sand that makes us feel at ease. Although rocking a beach body is a big deal for most of us, happiness lies in little things. Something as simple as perfecting the messy, beach waves. Leading actress Rakulpreet Singh is an out-and- out glam queen. But every once in a while, she lets her wavy mane shine. And, that’s a sight to behold!

Everyone goes for the beachy waves during summers. But in our personal opinion, they are great for winters. A sleek bun or ponytail with layers of winter outfits might make the OOTD dull and boring. But beach waves make your winter ensemble more fun. So, this season, let your mane sway with the cold breeze. There are many ways to achieve the perfect beach waves. But we’ve found the simplest way to do it.

Start by washing your hair well, at night. Once you are out of the shower, take a towel and squeeze out the excess water from your tresses. Let them air dry for sometime. Then, divide your hair into two parts, making a middle parting. Divide each of these two parts, into two more parts. Make a rope braid, starting at the nape of your neck and roll it until the end. Secure it with a hair tie and repeat the process on the other side. And that’s it! Wake up the next morning, open your hair to see the easiest and perfect beach waves.

When you are in a rush: use heat protection spray on your locks and get your best flat iron out. (Yes, flat iron, not curling rod.) Tie your hair into a sleek ponytail just above the nape of your neck. Now, twist your ponytail and run the straightener over your twisted tresses. Repeat it a few times, and you’ll be good to go.
