  • Take a blender/juicer and add cucumber (Cut in small pieces) and Ginger (2-inch pieces)

  • Add lemon zest and lemon juice with a pinch of salt
  • After blending you can have the drink with chilled soda or water.

  • Take a blender and add sliced grapes (red/black or green)
  • Add a couple of strands of lemongrass and 2 sliced pieces of kaffir lime grass

  • Add some Vanilla extract to the mix and mix some flour to make it gooey
  • Pour the gooey mixture in Ramekins and bake the same in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) for 10-15 mins.
