From the time Manish Malhotra opened a doorway for fashion in Bollywood with Rangeela, the two have been inseparable ever since and joined at the hip. We often see the creme de la creme and even newbies hobnobbing with the country’s top fashion designers but rarely do the television stars are seen mingling or wearing exuberant creations of these supremely stylish couturiers. ZEE5 Original show The Greedy Closet is about to change that situation as India’s top 13 fashion designers come together with the nation’s television superstars.

History has been made since the chat show with a makeover format shall revamp the style quotient of your favourite TV celebrity while also giving fashion forces to use their superpowers on a new bunch. The ZEE5 show will be hosted by actor-musician and MJ Monica Dogra. Shot in the stores of our A-List Bollywood Designers, they would help our TV celebrities to shun the Saas-Bahu-Beta image that they are trapped in.

The lords of the fashion industry in India shall spill their creative juices and customize a statement according to the television celebrity’s body type, looks, and personal likes-dislikes. Needless to mention, besides lots of style and trend lessons, a viewer is in for one helluva entertainment. It’s a never-seen-before kind of show that marks the union of fashion and TV forces in India to reckon with.

While the slate of celebrities includes bigwigs Varun Bahl, Gaurav Gupta, Tarun Tahiliani amongst others, Ridhi Dogra, Anita Hassanandani and Surbhi Chaandna are few of the many TV names we’d see make an appearance! All in all, this one definitely gets a thums up from our side. What about you?

You can now binge-watch or catch up with episodes of your favourite TV shows anytime, anywhere only on ZEE5!
