Vikas Singh “frustrated” by the delay in CBI taking a decision in case.

Vikas Singh, the lawyer of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s family has said that an AIIMS doctor had told him “long back” that photos had indicated that the actor’s death had apparently occurred by strangulation and not suicide. A team of forensic experts from AIIMS is currently examining autopsy reports, the results of which are to be submitted to the CBI. Sushant was found hanging in his Mumbai apartment on the morning of June 14 and his death was initially ruled a suicide.

Singh has written on Twitter, “Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.” The abetment to suicide case was filed by Sushant’s father in Patna, a month after his death. He had named Rhea Chakraborty as an accused.
