Sidharth Shukla Passes Away: Alia Bhatt Mourns Sudden Demise Of Her Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya Co-star
Alia Bhatt cannot get over the untimely demise of her Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania co-star, Sidharth Shukla.
When a 40-year old with a ready smile and a kind heart just passes away so suddenly, the grief of the untimely death is vast and unfathomable. Amongst the many who were jarred into mourning Sidharth Shukla’s sudden passing away, is his co-star Alia Bhatt. Alia who worked with Shukla in the Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, was rather vocal about the loss she felt upon his death. In the film, Sidharth played the ideal fiancé, Angadh who Kavya played by Bhatt respects but ditches for her love, Humpty (Varun Dhawan).
The film was one of the biggest hits of 2014 and it obviously left fond memories for all the actors in it. The thought of one of them leaving so abruptly has left Sid’s co-stars stunned with grief.Trying to put her grief in words, Alia took to social media to pen a eulogy for the deceased, “Sid, one of the warmest, kindest and most genuine people I’ve worked with…always smiling and always positive! My heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones and his fans who have loved him so deeply! Rest in peace!”
With her words, it is obvious how much the she has been affected by the demise of this kind hearted and warm actor. Sidharth was so loved on the sets of Humpty Sharma that even Varun Dhawan often spoke fondly about it. In fact, Sidharth’s righteous indignation was often in the news while he was in the Bigg Boss house too, his Humpty Sharma co-star even shared anger management tips with him to tied him through the stay. Yet, it was after winning the show, that Sidharth had to leave so abruptly.
Actor and model Sidharth Shukla besides being a wonderful person was also known for his talent. The actor, best known for his role in the TV show Balika Vadhu and his Bigg Boss 13 win, died on Thursday morning at the age of 40. Mr. Shukla was taken to Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital – initial reports suggest that the actor had a heart attack.
