Model and actress Sherlyn Chopra revealed some shocking details about the drug nexus that exists not only in Bollywood, but also the world of cricket according to her. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has more than 70 film stars in its net in connection to consumption of illegal substances, including Deepika Padukone who will be questioned by the agency soon.
Talking about Padukone’s depression, a topic the leading actress has openly spoken about, Chopra claimed that it was drug abuse that led to the Piku star’s poor mental state.
She further added that many well-known personalities are sending the wrong message to the youth of the country by consuming drugs for their depression. Calling narco-terrorism a criminal offence, Sherlyn claimed that the celeb names that the NCB will reveal soon will shock everyone.
She also spoke about an Indian Premier League (IPL) afterparty, following the winning of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), where many cricketers, their girlfriends, Bollywood actors and their wives were openly consuming banned substances.
Ganja, which is known to be the most common drug amongst celebrities is not procured by them directly. They often use their drivers, servants and staff to arrange for the same with every name and process coded right from the time of demand to the delivery time.
